What are your standard shipping times and costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $9.95 applies. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please visit our online Returns Portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
L&M Home accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Afterpay and Klarna.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your account dashboard.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities to more regions in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
